We are full of gratitude to have been able to have a 2020 season. It was certainly a much smaller and shorter summer, but we had camp, much to the delight of the girls who attended.

We are pleased to be looking forward to our 2021 season. We are planning to return to our regular schedule of sessions for this next season. As we can all appreciate, we may have to make adjustments as we get closer to opening in 2021 as our world learns to live with COVID. However, we will start assuming the very best.

Camper Registration Forms for the 2021 Season will be available online on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 9:00 am. Everyone will need to complete an online application for the 2021 season. There are no automatic enrollments, even if you rolled tuition payments forward from 2020.

Campers from our 2020 season will be able to enroll for the 2021 season online through their Camp In Touch personal accounts. New applicants will follow the “Apply” link on the front page of our website.

Campers will be enrolled in the following priority:

  1. Returning campers entering the 8th grade and younger will be given priority through August 31, 2020. Returning campers eligible for our Leadership Program (9th, 10th and 11th grades) will be contacted directly regarding their application procedures.

  2. Returning campers who would like to change sessions will be accepted into a new session as space is available beginning on September 1, 2020 .

  3. Applications for our 2021 season from campers who were paid in full in 2020 and chose to roll their tuition forward to 2021 will be enrolled in order according to the date the application is received as space allows beginning September 1, 2020. Even if you are paid in full for 2020 and rolling tuition forward, you must complete an online application. Your spot will not be confirmed until we receive your application. If we do not hear from you by August 31, 2020 we will give you a call to confirm your intentions.

  4. If you are rolling partial tuition forward from the 2020 camp season, your previous payments will serve as your deposit. If you choose to cancel your enrollment, our standard cancellation policy applies.

  5. Campers who were wait-listed in 2020, siblings of current campers, daughters of alumnae, or former campers will be enrolled in order according to the date the application was received as space allows beginning September 1, 2020.

  6. New camper applications received prior to August 31, 2020, will be held in the order in which they were received. On September 1, 2020, after the completion of the enrollment of the groups described in #3 and #4 above, new campers will be enrolled as space allows in the order in which they were received.

  7. Applications should be completed as soon as possible. We do not recommend waiting until the August 31st deadline. Applications will only be processed when they are properly completed and accompanied by the $1000 deposit. Enrollment is not complete unless the deposit has been processed through a credit card charge or a check being paid.

  8. Because we are a small camp, we do limit the number of campers from any one geographical area. It is possible that a session will close to a certain city or school before the session is completely full.

Experience lots of different people from lots of different places.

Opening Day Info

Keystone’s opening days begin at 10:00 am. New camp families are welcome to arrive at 10:00 a.m. For returning camp families please plan to arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on opening day. More information will be provided on your exact arrival time in your spring mailing packet. Lunch for campers will be served at 12:30 p.m. Key Camps should plan to arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on opening day. On closing day we ask that all campers be picked up between 9:00am and 11:00am. Key Blue campers can wait to be picked up from 1:45pm to 2:30pm, so that they can still enjoy morning activities.

Due to staff leave and meetings, we are unable to accommodate campers prior to and after opening and closing days. CIT’s are asked to arrive by 5:00 p.m. the Saturday before camp opens to attend staff meetings and prepare for opening day.
