Keystone Camp Payment Schedule

The camp fees are payable as follows:

Deposit: $1,000 due at the time of application for June, July, August, and Mini sessions ($400 for Key Camp sessions) until February 1, 2025.
By February 1st: 50% of Remaining Balance Due
For applications received after February 1, 2025, the deposit due is 50% of tuition.
By April 1st: Remaining Balance Due
For applications received after April 1, 2025, tuition is due in full at the time of application.

Cancellations received by February 1st will receive a full refund minus a $300 application fee. Cancellations received after February 1st are ineligible for refunds.

If you would like to pay a fixed amount each month, we have those options available as part of the online application. As of May 1st, any past due accounts will result in cancellation of camper’s enrollment with no refund of tuition.

All payments made by credit card will result in a 3% credit card processing fee. There is no fee for payments made by debit card, check, or eCheck.

A ten-percent reduction of tuition is made for two or more sisters who are attending camp. (Aides with siblings at camp will not receive this discount, but the sibling will. Sisters of CITs will not receive a discount.)
