What does it take?
To become a counselor you will need to be at least 19 years of age and have finished a freshman year in college or have equivalent work experience. Keystone takes great pride in hiring young women who we believe to be positive role models for our campers. It is important that our community is one of inclusion, safety and excitement.

How do I apply?
If you are interested in joining the camp family on staff this summer, please fill out our online staff application. Please note we strongly recommend all staff to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your completed application. If your skill set meets our staffing needs, we may contact you for a series of interviews with our Directors. Throughout the interview process we will also contact your references and run a full background check. For new and returning applicants, there is no application deadline and we will continue our staff search until we are fully hired for the summer season.
