Honoring Ms. B

We have been truly touched by the outpouring of condolences and memories being shared with us about Ms. Bertha. We have forwarded as many as possible on to her oldest daughter, Lopest.

Her family has made arrangements to celebrate her life on Saturday, June 20th at 11 a.m. in Jacksonville, Florida. The details of the visitation and service as well as an opportunity to provide an electronic note to the family are available here. Letters of condolence may be sent to Ms. B’s family in care of Lopest:

Keystone Camp has a scholarship program that is financially managed by the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina. The Bill and Sue Ives Campership Fund provides scholarship opportunities for local girls who attend our Boys and Girls Club to experience sessions at Keystone. We are pleased to offer this fund as a way to honor Ms. Bertha. Gifts may be made here

Ms. B was such an important member of our Keystone Family. Our fond memories of all she shared with us will always remain in our hearts. The camp kitchen and the dining hall will always belong to her.
