Payment and Cancellation Policy:

A payment of $1000 at the time of application is required to reserve a space for the Camper. This payment includes a $250 non-refundable application fee. Fifty percent of the balance of tuition owed must be received by the Camp by February 1, 2021. The remaining balance must be paid by no later than April 1, 2021. Any past due account after May 1, 2021, will result in cancellation of camper’s enrollment with no refund of any tuition payments. If cancellation is necessary, the $750 deposit is refundable if written notice is received prior to February 1, 2021. After February 1st, there will be no refunds for cancellation of registration. We highly recommend you consider purchasing camp/summer study insurance. If you would like to pay a fixed amount by check or credit card each month, please contact the camp office for a payment schedule. A ten percent reduction on tuition fees is made for two or more sisters who are attending camp. Payments made by credit card will be charged a 3% fee for this service.
